About INCODO
Building Knowledge. Air Quality Expertise. Evidence-Based Solutions.
INCODO is an independent specialist consultancy helping New Zealand organisations identify, understand and resolve indoor air quality and built-environment issues — with nearly twenty years of experience.
Our Approach
An experienced specialist consultancy — not just an equipment supplier
INCODO was founded on a simple principle: organisations deserve clear, independent evidence about the air in their buildings, and practical guidance on what to do about it.
For nearly twenty years, INCODO has helped property and facilities managers, building owners, healthcare, education and government organisations understand their indoor environments. We combine building knowledge with professional air-quality assessment and continuous monitoring to identify concerns and recommend practical, proportionate responses.
We are independent. Our advice is evidence-led, not driven by the sale of any particular product. Where equipment is appropriate, we recommend options suited to the environment being assessed — and where independent laboratory testing is warranted, we arrange it.
Our work is consultative. We measure, interpret and explain — so decision-makers can act with confidence.
